Anlässlich des Präsidentschaftswahlkampfs 2016 gab es zahlreiche künstlerische Aktivitäten. Der Fotograf und Aktivist Joel Simpson nahm an zahlreichen Demonstrationen teil und fertigte Hand-outs an, die dort großflächig verteilt wurden.
Hier ein Beispiel von künstlerischen Aktivitäten (unter anderem mit Stefan Eins – One).
Am Sockel der Freiheitsstatue lädt Emma Lazarus im Gedicht NEW COLOSSEUS alle Bedürftigen zu kommen. Simpson hat mich, darauf anspielend, folgendermaßen als NEW NEW COLOSSEUS abgebildet:

Your opening your mouth while posing for this figure was a STROKE OF GENIUS!!
It permitted me to create this new version of the NEW NEW COLOSSUS, this one where the cry of the monster statue is so piercing that it makes the New York skyscrpers crumple, while the Trump-in-the-Moon looks down malevolently.
Incidently, I took this photo of Trump myself back in 2006 at a 1-day conference on business promotion in New York City. I will, of course, send you a good-sized print of this, plus several smaller prints for distribution to your friends.
